Hourly Pay Rate: $24/hr
Annual Bonus: 6%

How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will run our equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to produce our products safely and efficiently to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment, tools, and work areas in a safe and orderly manner while following all PPE, safety, and 5S requirements.
- Follow written procedures, training progression standards, and the plant Quality Management System to ensure product quality and material traceability.
- Accurately weigh, mix, and process raw materials for polyurethane batches; monitor reactions and safely pour polymer using lifting devices.
- Load and unload ovens, handle cured polymer, and palletize materials for storage while maintaining proper documentation and GDP standards.
- Perform in‑process inspections, identify and quarantine non‑conforming materials, and report any equipment issues, defects, or unusual conditions.
- Use SAP to issue maintenance work orders and record production data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and drum-handling devices; obtain and maintain required licensing and certifications (e.g., fork truck license, HAZWOPER).
- Manage waste generated from the process and ensure proper disposal in compliance with plant requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and supervisors, providing daily production updates and suggesting process improvements.
- Perform additional duties assigned to support efficient plant operations, including covering overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, operating equipment
- Strong safety mindset
- Experience using math in the work place (calculating gross, tare, and net weights is a plus)
- Ability to use Computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 55lbs+ frequently
Preferred Qualifications that Drive you Forward
- Chemicals or plastics industry experience
- SAP experience
