What You'll Do:

Lubrizol is currently looking for a SuccessFactors Module Administrator to join our HR Technology team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, operational excellence, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules. The ideal candidate will excel at solving problems, analyzing information, and providing a high level of customer service using SAP SuccessFactors expertise. They will guide our process owners during system updates on key enhancements to improve the user experience and increase productivity.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ongoing system configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Manage bi-annual release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan.
  • Collaborates with HR technology and other departments for process optimization; provides recommendations on configuration changes to meet business needs.
  • Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
  • Project management of 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborates with HR analytics team to builds and utilize custom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis of system data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors, system related issues and unexpected results.
  • Create and maintain system and process documentation in collaboration with the process owner.
  • Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures.
  • Provide support of end users by managing cases in our HR service delivery tool.
  • Participate on current and future HR system related projects (including upcoming move of our core HR to the cloud).
  • Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy any issues.
  • Interaction with SuccessFactors Support to manage tickets as needed.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least (5) five years of HRIS systems experience.
  • 3+ years of SuccessFactors module administration experience.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors RCM (recruiting) and Onboarding modules, as well as Employee Central.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting system issues OR previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) accreditations are a plus!
  • System implementation experience is a plus!
