What You'll Do:

• Safely work around industrial equipment using the proper PPE and safety procedures.
• Accurately load material into containers with the specified weight.
• Properly label containers and record container weight.
• Ensure containers are set up to meet production needs.
• Perform safety inspections and report any unsafe concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Operate forklift.
• Assist chemical operators as needed.
• Maintain material containers.
• Track and record process information and production data.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and display initiative.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing and/or chemical industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Forklift experience and certification.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Previous flaker or chemical operating experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of chemicals and chemical hazards.
• Working SAP knowledge.
• Forklift certification.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

• Will be subject to extended periods of physical activity and lifting.
• Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment and outdoors in inclement weather.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Clean-shaven appearance may be required for respirator usage.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
