Quality Management System Supervisor

   ACCOUNTABILITY:

12. Plan and lead all the activities related with quality management system, including internal audit and external audit, continue to improve the management level.
13. Lead the Document control of the plant

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain and improve the quality systems in Songjiang site to assure the compliance to ISO90001, Hala, EFfCl GMP Certificated, Halal Certification requirements, IATF 16949 and lead the internal or external audit readiness activities.
• Lead and organize annual Management Review, continue to improve management level of plant.
• Lead and organize customer audit, make sure plant quality meets customer request. Improve customer satisfaction.
• Organize quality training program in plant, continue to improve capability of employees.
• Lead all the new product introduce
• Responsible for the document control of plant with digital system.
• Responsible for layer process audit, make sure all the findings are solved and preventive.
• Responsible for performance monitoring of quality department;
• Responsible for supplier quality improvement by SCAR and audit on site
• Support manager to build quality culture and improve the quality sense of all employees
• Support to continue to reduce customer complain and rate of NCM

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• Education Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer or Equivalent;
• Technical Skills:
  • Quality management knowledge, like ISO9001, EFfCI, etc. Internal auditor certificate.
  • Quality analyze tool
  • Software skills: SharePoint, Office, Statistical software, etc.
• Other Experiences Preferred:
  • 8 years’ experience in quality.
  • Experience in automotive company
  • Familiar with IATF16949
