What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Strictly comply with all company safety rules, procedures, and requirements. Adhere to company safety standards, maintain a safe working environment, and actively participate in departmental safety activities.严格执行公司安全规章、制度和其他要求，严格遵守公司安全准则，确保工作岗位处于良好的安全状态，参与部门的安全活动。
• Actively participate in plant and departmental safety activities and requirements, including safety training, emergency drills, submitting quality safety suggestions, reporting near misses or safety incidents, and participating in incident investigations.积极参加工厂、部门组织的安全活动和要求包括：各种安全培训或演练、提出高质量安全建议、汇报Near Miss或安全事故并参与调查。
• Responsible for the collection, maintenance, and management of chemical information.负责化学品信息的收集及管理。
• Responsible for hazardous chemical identification, information collection, and registration in the NRCC system/website.负责危险化学品识别、信息收集及NRCC网站的登记。
• Responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining environmental compliance information and records.负责环保相关信息的收集归档。
• Responsible for entering and submitting environmental compliance information through applicable environmental reporting systems and websites.负责在环保相关网站填写相关环保信息并上报。
• Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the hazardous chemical inventory management system.负责危险化学品出入库系统的管理。
• Responsible for organizing, filing, and maintaining daily documentation and records.负责日常文档的整理。
• Complete other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or manager.完成被上级指派的其他工作职责。

What We Require:

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior undergraduate student (including college students), Major in Chemistry, Safety, or Engineering fields preferred. 在读本科三、四年级或大专生，优先考虑化学、安全或工程相关专业
• Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.具有良好的沟通能力，能够与相关部门开展沟通交流
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.具有较好的office软件使用能力，熟悉word，excel，ppt等软件的使用
• Possess basic English reading skills and be able to understand technical documents and regulatory information in English.具有一定的英语阅读能力
• Able to work 3 days per week. 能保证每周三天的出勤
