ACCOUNTABILITY:

持续提升维修工作，以高质量、高效率地提高按时完成率，通过提升维护/维修知识和问题解决能力，支持TPU/PCG/PHC/UTI制造部门在卓越的HSES（健康、卫生、环境与安全）管理下，以目标成本、质量和服务水平生产并交付合规产品。

Continuously improve maintenance work execution to improve on-time completed rate with high quality and efficiency to support TPU/PCG/PHC/UTI manufacturing departments to produce and deliver compliant products at targeted cost, quality and service levels under excellent HSES management through improving maintenance knowledge and problem-solving skill.

主要职责：

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 对车间生产设备进行日常维护巡检，并将异常信息报告给维修主管
• Execute daily maintenance inspection for equipment, report abnormal information to maintenance foreman 
• 独立执行关键机械设备的预防性维护工作和故障检修工作。
• Implement critical mechanical PM and troubleshooting work independently 
• 培训并带领承包商实施日常维修工作，包括工作成果的核查和验收。
• Coach and lead contractor implement daily maintenance work including check and accept delivery.
• 现场故障排查与解决。能够独立解决机械设备故障，如泵、密封系统（含机械密封）、风机、换热器、压缩机、挤出机、造粒机、搅拌器、齿轮箱、阀门等。
• Trouble shooting and solving. Can solve mechanical equipment failure independently, such as pump, sealing system (including mechanical seal), blower, heating exchange, compressor, extruder, pelletizer, agitator, gear box, valve etc. 
• 协助维修主管并能够独立为所有机械设备建立维护操作规程（SOP）和作业指导书（WI），并对维修承包商进行培训。
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and independence establish maintenance procedures (SOP) and working instruction(WI) for all mechanical equipment, and train maintenance contractor.
• 检查并及时处理“跑冒滴漏”保持机械设备在良好的环境下运行。
• Check and deal with leakage and venting, keep mechanical equipment running in good environment.
• 能够拆卸和组装机械设备，并能独立进行轴对中。
• Can dis-assemble and assemble mechanical equipment, can do shaft alignment independently.
• 通过使用振动检测仪、测温枪、轴对中仪等工具实施预测性维护工作。
• Implement predictive maintenance work through tools like vibration detector, temperature detector, shaft alignment instrument etc.  
• 支持精益生产活动：TPM-AM、5S、JI等.
• Support to lean manufacturing activity:  TPM-AM, 5S, JI etc.
• 与生产运营操作团队协作，以满足生产需求。
• Work together with the operation team to meet the production request.
• 通过使用JHA/JSA等工具评估维修工单的潜在风险。
• Evaluate potential risk of maintenance work order through tool like JHA/JSA.
• 完成工厂的项目支持和管理工作。
• Support and implement project of site
• 协助完成工厂的设备可靠性工作。
• Support to implement equipment reliability work of site.
• 完成维修主管安排的其他日常工作。
• Execute other daily work from arrangement of Maintenance Supervisor

基本要求-教育，经验，技能：

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• 教育背景

Education Background:

• • 机械以及相关专业大专学历

College Degree in mechanical or related majors

• • 具有至少10年的机械维护经验，有外企或大型国企工作经验者优先

At least 10 years’ mechanical maintenance experience, foreign venture experience or Large state-owned enterprises experience is preferred.

• • 至少6年及以上化工厂机械维修经验

At least 6 years’ maintenance technician experience in chemical plant.

• 技能要求

Technical Skills:

• • 具有良好的维修背景，尤其是在机械维修方面。

Good maintenance background, especially in mechanical maintenance.

• • 具备较强的执行能力和交付成果能力。

Good execution capacity and delivery result.

• • 能够读懂P&ID

Familiar with P&ID drawing.

• • 有很强的问题解决能力。

Have strong problem-solving skill.

• • 能独立测绘机械零部件、管道等。

Surveying and drawing mechanical components, pipelines, etc. independently.

• 有以下能力者优先

Other Experiences Preferred:

• • 能够熟练使用分析工具如5Why、RCA、鱼骨图等

Familiar with analysis tool like 5-why, RCA, fish-bone diagram

• • 熟悉精益生产，如5S、TPM-AM、JI等

Familiar with lean manufacturing, like 5S, TPM-AM, JI etc.
