IT Intern

ACCOUNTABILITY:

This internship role provides support to APAC IT digitalization initiatives, with a focus on Enterprise AI enablement (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Apps). The intern does not involve traditional software development or heavy coding/ programming.

This role contributes to AI awareness, digital knowledge building, and internal enablement by supporting basic analysis, documentation, and presentation material preparation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support learning and research on Enterprise AI, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Assist with basic AI use‑case documentation and internal enablement materials
• Support Power BI reporting, including basic dashboard building and validation
• Assist with Power Apps (low-code) solutions and simple proof‑of‑concept activities
• Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for internal audience
• Help structure content clearly for non-technical users

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education & Professional Background:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline
• Internship or academic project exposure related to IT, digitalization, data, or automation is preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies
• Familiarity or strong interest in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot)
• Fast learner with strong logical and analytical thinking, structured and organized
• Able to work efficiently in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Detail‑oriented with good ownership and follow‑through
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
