Key Responsibilities
- Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms.
- Identify and source potential candidates for open positions through recruitment platforms.
- Conduct phone interviews for entry-level roles and screen candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on APAC recruitment activities and trends.
- Support other HR projects or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Logical thinker with solid analytical capabilities.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to proactively learn about Human Resources.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).

Availability Requirement
Able to work at least 3–4 days per week; candidates who can commit for 4–6 months are preferred.
