Customer Experience Intern

Overview

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support the smooth execution of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process through hands-on experience with customer-related activities and order management within a global organization. The role offers learning opportunities through working with cross-functional teams and practical exposure to OTC operations that support customer experience, supply chain, and business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely processing of customer orders with effective communication, including assigned Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) activities from order entry through invoicing, under the guidance of the Supervisor, and proactively support issue resolution.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Master Data, and logistics providers to support on‑time delivery and customer account maintenance, as well as day‑to‑day Customer Experience Representative (CER) operations.
• Support operational activities including order processing, sampling, and complaint handling to ensure effective day‑to‑day customer support.
• Assist with accurate invoice adjustments and CRM case resolution, including the processing of credits, debits, and return material authorizations.
• Generate and analyze data reports and contribute ideas to support continuous improvement of service quality and productivity.
• Participate in business activities to gain an in‑depth understanding of Lubrizol’s culture and values.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask effectively in a structured, operational environment.
• Strong teamwork abilities with a proactive, positive and responsible attitude.
