We’re Hiring: Sales Assistant – South Africa

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our commercial team across Sub-Saharan Africa. If you excel in sales operations, pricing, and SAP, this role is for you!

 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly sales reports (targets vs actuals).
• Manage monthly pricing, FX conversions & SAP uploads.
• Support customer inquiries, quotations & AR dispute resolution.
• Coordinate customer forecasts and stock visibility.
• Maintain SAP master data (customers & materials).
• Assist with vendor management and invoicing (GR/PO/GRN).
• Provide general regional sales support.

 What You Need

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales admin, pricing, or commercial ops.
• Strong SAP & advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of FX conversions and pricing processes.
