What You'll Do:

As an Extrusion Technician, you will operate and maintain extrusion equipment during the overnight shift, ensuring product quality and production efficiency. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute significantly to meeting production targets and maintaining a safe workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Operate extrusion machinery following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment parameters, perform routine inspections, and adjust settings for optimal production quality.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations or concerns to supervisors.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the 3rd shift team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet or exceed production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills That Make a Difference:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with plastics, plastic extrusion or similar machinery, is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively during the 3rd shift hours and in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
