Operation Manager, Kinuura

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Kinnura site safe, reliable, efficient and in compliance operation exclu. Testing and SC
• Kinuura site effective and suitable HSES,  Facility, and Administration managemen in line with local regulations and LZ mandated requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage/lead the team and contractors to deliver expected performance
• Own (develop, maintain, update) the site HSES management system
• Together with the site leader drive implementation of the site HSES and ISO management system to effectively manage/reduce the site risks
• Ensure mechanical integrity of the site asset
• Develop and deliver annual operation plan (AOP) of the team
• Drive operation continuous improvement for better HSES performance and productivity  
• Support/cooperate with other teams administratively for better satisfactory level of internal/external customers
• Maintain community relationship
• Coach and develop the team to be capable and strong
• Improve the team engagement, exercise LZ values as role model

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or science

• Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of HSE and compliance
• Good knowledge of chemical plant operation activities
• Decent knowledge of chemical plant equipment, instrument system, electrical structure, project management
• Decent management and leadership skills to deliver result
• Decent skill to Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Japanese
