Production Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assist PE (Production Engineer) in process data collection and analysis.
2. Observe and report safety findings into Tracking System.
3. Assist Shift Team in the implementation of OEP (Operations Excellence Program) and Suggestions to improve operations efficiency.
4. Under the supervision of experienced Operators and Foreman, Intern shall learn :

• How to collect process samples for analysis
• How to operate drum filling equipment and charging raw material in drums
• Monitor process variable and track production in batch sheets
• Tank truck and ISO tank loading/unloading operation
• Performance regular site inspections
• Document organization and translation
• Data collection and statistics 
• Equipment maintenance process
• Process learning

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

1. Degree: Undergraduate;
2. Preferred majors: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related major;
3. English skill: Able to read and write emails;
4. Soft skills: Good communication skill; Ability to manage multiple tasks.
