CCOUNTABILITIES:

The main responsibility of this position is to maintain and improve Zhuhai plant facility     to meet customer needs with the below accountability statement:

Ensure maintenance work performed safely, effectively and efficiently by developing, implementing and optimizing planning/scheduling process for daily/weekly maintenance activities including repair and preventive maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HSES:  Maintenance Planner share the accountability of Maintenance team HSES compliance and performance improving.

• Support the safety compliance in maintenance team through participation HSES related meeting and audit, submitting HSES suggestion and reporting HSES findings.
• Attend incident investigation as assigned.

Maintenance and Reliability: Maintain maintenance work performed effectively and efficiently.

• Responsible to implement equipment PVM/PDM program and daily planning and scheduling in SAP system.
• Assist to develop, implement and continuously optimize bad actor facilitate. Assist to organize RCA for critical equipment.
• Attend regular meetings for daily and weekly scheduling. Work with

foreman and production MC (maintenance coordinator) to schedule daily, weekly and shutdown work.

• Coordinate unexpected work such as emergency breakdowns. Work with all parties and outside vendors to achieve a high-quality repair to reduce downtime. 
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities implemented smoothly.
• Help to develop BOM and optimize spare parts for equipment.

Lean Manufacturing:

• Participate in production Tier 2 meeting and maintenance T1 meeting.
• participate in on duty in weekend and abnormal working days.
• Report/analyze daily or weekly maintenance team KPIs.
• Participate in SDM meeting, planning and scheduling for SDM.
• Support AM/TPM implementation in Zhuhai plant
• Responsible for purchasing monthly settlement spare parts.

Other duties as assigned.      

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Background:

A Bachelor of Science degree or a college level in any of the Engineering disciplines is required.

• Technical Skills:

Understanding of equipment installation, troubleshooting and repair is needed.  Fluent use of Microsoft Office is required. Fluent with SAP.

• Other Experiences Preferred:

About 3 years or above experience in maintenance planning, maintenance, project management and/or engineering roles.

• Language Skill: 

Fluent in Chinese (written and oral);

Be able to read and write in English.
