Maintenance&Engineering Manager

ACCOUNTABILITY:

The role is responsible for general supervision of plant Maintenance and Engineering team activities including mechanical integrity, capital projects execution, people development, contractor management and continuous improvement to ensure reliable assets in supporting production to achieve business needs and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety -

• M&E workforce including contractors’ safety awareness and behavior.
• M&E activities conducted in line with requirement of laws, regulations and LZ HSES rules. 
• Sound mechanical integrity & reliability of site assets.
• Strict follow established internal control process/procedure

Operation Excellence –

• Deployment of Operation Standard Work to optimize mechanical integrity & reliability. program, maintenance and engineering workflow.
• Deliver top quartile performance in LZ maintenance and engineer metrics.
• Deliver good quality of work in daily maintenance and engineering projects on time.
• Well control flat maintenance cost versus production volume increase and assets expansion.
• Well control capital projects in budget.
• Efficient maintenance work plan and resource deployment including site turnaround.
• Drive continuous improvement culture.

People –

• M&E team’s capability sustained to match work challenges and people development.
• Optimize organization structure for better performance as a whole team.
• Management of M&E contractors including safety, efficiency and cost.
• Effective and timely communication with stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Background
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering

• Technical Skills:
  • Specialist of certain discipline in chemical industry
  • Management of maintenance & project
  • Good English skill

• Other Experiences Preferred:
  • Working experience in multinational company
  • >= 3 years as people manager
