What You'll Do:

As a Technology Deployment Manager within the Corporate Innovation function, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the execution of our technology development projects. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

The Technology Deployment Manager is accountable for managing and supporting projects aimed at deploying Lubrizol Immersion fluid technology seamlessly to the marketplace. The successful candidate should have a history of contributing to project success in a cross-functional team environment to achieve results, and have effective communication skills.

This hybrid role can be based at our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH, or at our Hazelwood, UK site. 

In this role, you will:

• Support the deployment of products to customers. As the business accelerates, you will take ownership of the technical service of emerging customers.
• Manage the fluid analysis service process and communicate field deployment data and insights to customers in a timely manner. Maintain datasets that support the correlation of lab, bench, and field data.
• Accurately schedule, compile, analyze and interpret data from laboratory testing. Complete timely and accurate customer reports, presentations, and internal project reports.
• Support the execution of technology development projects. Provide project specialist support as needed.
• Support industry advocacy efforts.
• Harness the problem-solving capabilities of your network to provide technical support and respond to needs in a rapid customer-focused manner.
• Monitor and learn about the evolving dynamics of the fluid immersion market, the different technologies, and competitive products.
• Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Represent Lubrizol’s interests by creating and delivering presentations to customers as needed.
• Consider health, safety and regulatory impacts of all actions associated with the deployment of Lubrizol technology.

Skills That Make a Difference:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical field, from an accredited university.
• At least two years of technical experience at a lubricant additive/oil company or in other sectors of the specialty chemical industry.
• Project management experience.
• Experience as a contributor to multifunctional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a face-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel.

Considered a Plus

• Experience working in Immersion Cooling technology.
• Knowledge and interest in computing hardware, AI, and emerging information technologies.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
