How You’ll Make an Impact as a Talent Acquisition Partner. 

 

Job Summary: In Talent Acquisition, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, executing strategic recruitment and sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier, diverse talent. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve well-being and enhance modern life. 

 

Your work will operate as a collaborative communicator and effective business partner. This includes education on the process, expectations, and external market data, understanding the role, outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcing, screening and assessing potential talent, making recommendations, following up on feedback, and presenting and negotiating offers of employment. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience. 

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. 

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, manage interview and offer processes, in collaboration with Compensation and HR Partner teams, including effectively screening candidates for technical, functional, soft skills, and potential. 

  • Increase candidate pipelines by expanding knowledge and influencing openness to talent profiles and talent pools with ancillary qualifications and backgrounds from complementary industries.  

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies. 

  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in TA processes and systems. 

  • Influence and attract a wide range of candidate types including passive, early career, veteran, and leadership-level talent. 

  • Ensure qualified, diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, compliance, and global hiring practices. 

 

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for operations and engineering roles in the US, including people leader level.  

  • Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs 

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors 

  • Comfortable with leveraging generative AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and willingness to continue to learn and explore new AI technologies in Talent Acquisition. 

  • Demonstrated experience in the areas of diversity, veteran, and/or early career recruitment. 

  • Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow. 

  • Building strong professional talent networks and global perspective. 

  • Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients – influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results. 

  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills. 

  • Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with your hiring teams. 

  • Understanding of EEOC, salary history bans, pay transparency, and other hiring compliance regulations and laws. 

  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPt. 

  • SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required. 

  • Must be willing to travel locally 5% of the time.
