You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to help evolve our environment as we adopt emerging technologies, enhance service reliability, and accelerate delivery through automation. In this role, you will:

  • Manage Windows and Linux server platforms, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and enterprise backup and recovery technologies.

  • Engineer and support workloads across Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and hybrid multi-cloud environments.

  • Develop and maintain cloud landing zones, governance standards, resource blueprints, tagging strategies, and cost optimization practices.

  • Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, or PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC).

  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) capabilities to improve monitoring, incident detection, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis.

  • Design automation solutions using Power Automate, Logic Apps, PowerShell, and Python to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.

  • Participate in complex incident resolution, modernization programs, documentation development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related technology roles.

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, networking fundamentals, storage technologies, HPE platforms, and Pure Storage solutions.

  • Familiarity with observability platforms and AIOps concepts.

  • Understanding of security best practices, identity and access management, and zero-trust principles.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

  • Experience administering Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environments.

  • Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and/or Python.

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, or DSC.

  • Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Apps or Logic Apps.

  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or AI-assisted tools for IT operations.

  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn emerging technologies with an automation-first mindset.
