At Lubrizol, we are looking for a Site Human Resources Manager to join our HR team.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing Human Resource leadership across multiple divisions and their leadership teams. You will provide HR program and strategy execution across a full spectrum of Human Resources services to support operations and business initiatives. This is an on-site position, based at our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH and provides support/lead projects across multiple sites and business.

 

What you will do:

  • Work with the North America HR team, supporting the sites to execute HR strategies and initiatives. These can include onboarding, employee hire to retire lifecycle, talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, strategic workforce planning and other site-specific HR work that is critical to provide effective support
  • Create and administer Human Resource policies and procedures; providing counsel and advice to employees and managers on Human Resource polices/practices/procedures
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations activities 
  • Promote and maintain a positive and respectful working environment
  • Possess a continuous improvement and resilient mindset to strive for HR Operational Excellence, driving and adapting to changes
  • Possess and model the organization’s cultural beliefs, reflecting a strong emphasis on accountability and measurement of results
  • Provide and analyze HR data to support recommendations for change
  • Support and manage HR systems to ensure legal compliance
  • Lead and complete other miscellaneous projects as necessary

 

What you need:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or other related discipline. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in an HR partner role with a broad understanding of core HR functions and collaboration with other HR professionals
