How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Senior Manager, HR Operational Excellence – Change Management & Communications, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving enterprise HR change initiatives, large-scale HR technology transformations, and continuous improvement across HR processes. You'll collaborate with HR leaders, project teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and activities to support HR initiatives and transformations.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication planning, and training needs analyses to enable adoption and minimize resistance.
- Partner with HR project teams to identify risks to adoption and proactively address barriers to change.
- Serve as a change management subject matter expert, building capability across HR through coaching, guidance, and best-practice application.
- Design and deliver clear, consistent communication strategies that engage leaders, employees, and key stakeholders.
- Engage HR leadership to secure sponsorship, alignment, and sustained support for change initiatives.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change and communication efforts, recommending improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and systems to drive efficiency and enhanced employee experience.
Required Qualifications that Enables Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of five years of experience designing and leading change management strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive you Forward
- Experience in leading or supporting large-scale HR technology implementations or transformation.
