As a Product Manager, Fuels Additives you will provide strategic and operational direction and drive implementation for the growth and financial returns of the assigned Product line of the Fuel Additives business.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Develop, and implement both long term and short term market strategies to ensure aggressive growth and success of the product line.
  • Analyze market trends to develop market insights that generate value for our customers and Lubrizol.
  • Apply market knowledge to help customers develop their business and identify ways to differentiate their offering and win in the market.
  • Establish and manage pricing guidelines for products to meet business profitability objectives based on customer, market, and competitive trends.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement innovative communication plans. You will help to create, develop and maintain promotional material for defined product lines.
  • Participate in the development and evolution of the business strategy and subsequent implementation.
  • Develop, maintain and present trends presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand key components, suppliers and manufacturing processes to support operational excellence across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external industry stakeholders.

 

Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

 

  • Bachelors degree (Business , Chemistry, or Engineering degree) or Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Sales, marketing or technical service experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and business team environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
  • Master’s Degree is prefered
