As Global Web Manager, you will be responsible for the web strategies, web governance, and the web team’s execution of online digital marketing campaigns that help key stakeholders across Lubrizol reach their business and marketing goals. You will utilize exceptional communications, management, and leadership skills to enhance all aspects within our web platform. Outcomes include improved inbound marketing performance, better customer experience, content strategy and tool kit, online brand management, enhanced web governance model, integrations with other/new key sales and marketing platforms, and analytics for sales and marketing insights. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is a blend of web expert, digital marketer, and program manager.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Responsible for day-to-day strategy, prioritization, and global use of www.Lubrizol.com, including consulting with commercial teams to plan online campaign & goals, pilot enhancement projects, measure results, and react/plan appropriately
  • People management which includes engaging, building, and retaining a strong pipeline of IS talent through professional development, career advancement, and proactive talent review
  • Guide re-design of web/customer experience based on learnings from recent web audit
  • Develop standards, templates and tool kits around SEO, page set up, measurement and other governance tools
  • Create and deliver dashboard for analytics reporting and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Ensure program strategies are aligned to the organization's roadmap objectives
  • Lead efforts to test, evaluate, and continuously optimize processes and campaigns strategies
  • Strategize on current digital marketing best practices that improve results and proactively identify opportunities that drive incremental revenue growth leveraging digital insights
  • Partner with commercial teams to support enablement and adoption of new digital technologies
  • Be an advocate for digital marketing
  • Help align and integrate systems and data, providing a better omni-channel experience
  • Web Content Management System (CMS) administration and support
  • Web project prioritization and management
  • Management of vendor partners
  • Accountable for web documentation and standards

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
 

  • Ability to work effectively with on-site and remote stakeholders/teams (global team environment)
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive under tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills; outstanding facilitation and consensus building skills
  • Excellent management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators to report on the health of each project
  • Develop and present communications, frequently to senior leadership, communicating the desired message, at the appropriate level, for the right recipient
  • Able to build relationships with key stakeholders necessary for collaboration
  • Ability to translate strategy into projects and drive project prioritization and execution
  • Experience with budgeting and business planning/road mapping
  • Good understanding of Web Content Management Systems/platforms (like Sitecore CMS)
  • Have utilized Google Analytics and other analytics platforms/tools for online sales and marketing insights
  • Data privacy laws knowledge and the implications of this online
  • Web security understanding and best practices
  • Search Engine Optimization knowledge
  • Experience managing people (supervisory management required)

 

Education & Experience:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent web management experience required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years related experience (advanced digital campaign management, integrated marketing across search, paid media, email, web, social, customer service, sales, events, online e-commerce stores, etc.)
