Lubrizol is currently seeking an experienced Global Web Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the digital strategy, web governance, and execution of online digital marketing activities that help key stakeholders across Lubrizol reach their business and marketing goals. You will also utilize exceptional leadership skills and technical acumen to enhance all aspects within our web platform. Outcomes include improved inbound marketing, improved web experience, content relevancy management, quality lead generation, online brand management, web governance model, integrations with other key digital platforms, and analytics for marketing insights. This role will also manage all of Lubrizol's domain names and web compliance standards.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Responsible for day-to-day strategy and global use of Lubrizol.com, including consulting with commercial teams to set campaign goals, pilot campaign projects, measure results and react and plan appropriately
  • Manage the web team resources
  • Guide re-design of web experience based on learnings from recent web audit
  • Develop standards, templates and tool kits around SEO, page set up, measurement and other governance tools
  • Create and deliver dashboard for analytics reporting and ongoing continuous improvement Ensure program strategies are aligned to the organization's roadmap objectives
  • Lead efforts to test, evaluate, and continuously optimize processes and campaigns strategies
  • Strategize on current digital marketing best practices that improve results and proactively identify opportunities that drive incremental revenue growth leveraging digital insights
  • Partner with commercial teams to support enablement and adoption of new digital technologies
  • Be an advocate for digital marketing
  • Help align and integrate systems and data, providing a better omni-channel experience
  • Web Content Management System administration and support
  • Web project management
  • Management of vendor partners
  • Global domain name management
  • Management of web documentation and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
 

  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams (virtual team environment)
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive under tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills; outstanding facilitation and consensus building skills
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators to report on the health of each project
  • Develop and present communications, frequently to senior leadership, communicating the desired message, at the appropriate level, for the right recipient
  • Able to build relationships with key individuals necessary for collaboration
  • Ability to translate strategy into projects and drive project execution; Experience with budgeting and business planning
  • Solid understanding of Information Architecture and Content Management platforms (like Sitecore CMS)
  • Have utilized Google Analytics and other analytics platforms/tools for online insights
  • Data Privacy law knowledge and have implemented this online
  • Web security understanding and best practices
  • Domain name registration and configuration
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Experience managing people/supervisory management required

 

Education & Experience:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Digital Marketing or equivalent web management experience required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years related experience (advanced digital campaign management, integrated marketing across search, paid media, email, web, social, customer service, sales, events, online e-commerce stores, etc.)
