How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Microsoft Endpoint Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the continuous operation, administration, support, and strategic advancement of enterprise endpoint infrastructure operating on Microsoft Windows platforms. In this role, you will:
- Focus on delivering management of Windows Operating Systems, leveraging modern desktop technologies, and ensuring seamless device integration, security, and cloud-based management with a strong focus on hardware support and imaging.
- Drive best practices in Microsoft Intune/MDM, Azure, and Entra environments, with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, troubleshooting, and the continuous optimization of device performance.
- Enable digital transformation initiatives, security-focused use cases, and process automation through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Windows Operating Systems across enterprise hardware and environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Provide advanced engineering and troubleshooting for endpoint hardware and software, including in-depth analysis of drivers, group policies, and device management workflows.
- Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Modern Desktop solutions, utilizing Intune/MDM for secure and efficient endpoint provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate and administer Azure and Entra platforms to enhance device identity, access control, and security posture.
- Maintain and standardize hardware imaging processes, ensuring consistent deployment and configuration across Windows endpoints.
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve secure policies, configurations, and group policy objects to protect endpoint integrity and user experience.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for all endpoint management procedures, tools, and technical workflows.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Minimum of (4) years of hands-on experience with endpoint devices and management platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft EntraID, Intune, Autopilot, Autopatch, Active Directory, and Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Proven experience in managing Windows endpoints, implementing policies, deployment profiles, OS hardening, and Zero Touch deployments.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience with device automation and integration in production/operations environments is a plus.
- Core knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System administration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Modern Desktop and endpoint management technologies, including Intune/MDM and Windows Autopilot.
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in hardware integration, device drivers, and group policy management.
- Advanced skills in Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud-based device management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues across distributed endpoint environments.
- Excellent documentation and workflow development capabilities for technical procedures and systems.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across IT, security, and business departments.

Education / Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Edge browser
- Understanding of networking and modern workplace concepts
- Working knowledge of Zero Trust, Microsegmentation, and Automation
- Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, IoT technologies
- Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) a plus
- Understanding of NIST, CIS, ITIL, and ISO standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune
- Active Directory, OUs, Group Policy Objects
- Knowledge of hardware interface drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft BitLocker encryption
- Troubleshooting and support for enterprise, third-party, and LOB client applications.
- Proficiency in automation and administration using PowerShell and WSL/CLI.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
