  • Bolster Lubrizol brand guidelines and templates and influence and measure adherence. Create roadmap for continuous improvement and elevation.
  • Action quick-win opportunities around turnkey brand deliverables – business cards, site signage, etc. – while building the long-term brand strategy.
  • Support the creation of an evolved company vision, mission and values and how that comes to life for our employees and our sites.
  • Oversee an experienced Global Creative team responding to several hundreds of Marketing Communications Creative requests each month.
  • Support a Tradeshow Manager, a direct report on the team, in global execution of tradeshows with brand elevation and standardization in mind.
  • Support and provide guidance on platforms such as a digital asset management platform, self-service design platforms, Creative/Copy artificial intelligence platforms and other tools that provide quick-turn value to internal clients while allowing Marketing Communications Creative resources to support strategic projects.
  • Align with and influence cross-functional colleagues who leverage Lubrizol brand assets across businesses, audiences and platforms.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
  • 10+ years brand management experience.
  • Proven leader and developer of global, diverse teams, including Creative Services, Events and external vendors.
  • Proven track record for successful brand management across a diverse portfolio, including establishing standards, guidelines, tool kits and templates.
  • Change agent with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence commercial, marketing, and business leaders across the company as it relates to new standards.
