Purpose

Provide support to the plant organization by driving projects and programs to identify and solve problems by utilizing al of our people.

Coordinate the energy management of the plant by follow up energy consumption and drives energy reduction projects.

Contribution (Business/Technical/Support)

Provide support to the plant organization in improving the overall OEE and energy management of the plant.

• External organization in the field of problem solving and energy management

Dimensions & context

Estane: 3 polymerization lines & 2 compounding lines with a Capacity of 24000 MT

TempRite: 1 compounding line with a capacity of 42000 MT

Accountabilities

• Problem solving coordinator.

• Problem solving subject matter expert.

• Problem solving Master Coach

• Energy coordinator

• Scope preparation and justification of improvement projects

Expertise / Knowledge / Skills

• Master’s degree in chemical Process engineering
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience within the chemical industry
• Settling period of 3 months for person with required experience
• Thorough technical knowledge and skills
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
• High computer skills
