What You'll Do: 
As a Key Account Manager, you would be responsible to lead and drive LZAI sales revenue growth through direct sales, achieve sales targets, profitably, and increase the market share in India.

 

What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):  

•    Provide leadership in the drive to grow the business in terms of customers, market shares, and revenue and to improve business profitability through pricing and margin management. 
•    Manages the existing account strategically to ensure that their annual sales targets are achieved.
•    Gather information on the Lubricant market, identify competitors and their strategy, products, prices, services offered, etc. 
•    Works closely with regional PM and technical teams to coordinate sales activities with customers 
•    Establish collaborative relationships with key customers
•    Negotiation and communication skills to deal with routine and challenging business situations

 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering field 
•    5+ years of extensive experience in commercial roles, knowledge of B2B business models
•    Experience in resolving complex commercial and technical issues with major customers 
•    Excellent communication skills, result-oriented, proactive and aggressive, willing to take challenges.
