How You’ll Make an Impact 
As a Key Account Manager – Fluid Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, responsible for driving growth within the Fluid Engineering business by managing strategic accounts and cultivating new customer relationships. Your focus will be on delivering customized finished lubricants for Compressors (Refrigeration & Industrial) and Heat Transfer applications. You would be developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating commercial agreements, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide innovative solutions that leverage Lubrizol’s advanced Fluid Engineering capabilities. Through your efforts, Lubrizol will strengthen its position as a trusted partner and industry leader in this high growth space. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: 

1. Strategic Account Management
    Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for global and regional customers to achieve revenue and market share growth.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities with emerging customers and markets, leveraging industry insights and networks.
    Manage and grow high-value, strategic key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisors to senior stakeholders.

2. Organization engagement and processes
    Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, business development & technology) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
    Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and drive adoption of CRM best practices.

3. Deliver Business Results
    Develop and work within strategies to grow business and deliver financial results: Volume, revenues, margins and operating income
    Negotiate and finalize supply agreements, optimizing margins while ensuring alignment with Lubrizol’s value proposition
    Collaborate with strategic marketing, product management, finance to lead implementation of pricing decisions within the region
    Lead executive-level meetings and represent Lubrizol at major industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
    Monitor market trends, customer strategies, and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success 
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
•    At least 7 years' of B2B sales experience in Industrial Lubricants/ Chemical/HVAC/ Compressor Industry/ Specialty Fluids
•    Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating supply agreements, and securing long-term specifications
•    Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
•    Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
•    Travel: Regional travel up to 50%, with occasional international travel required
