ACCOUNTABILITY:

Achieving targets on sales revenue, volume, material margin and gross profit for Skin Care, Hair Care and Bath & Shower ingredients as well as Pharma and Nutraceuticals products

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish collaborative relationships with key customers and develop key customer plans

 

  • Manage global, regional and local accounts as well as distributors:

 

    • Regional and Local Accounts:
      • Defend and grow business in ensuring sales target is exceeded or met
      • Track YTD sales results and follow up on purchase orders
      • Initiate and grow customers’ new project development through new concepts and products introduction as well as matching customers’ unmet needs with our technical solution
      • Tracking pipeline project opportunities

 

    • Global Accounts:
      • Defend and grow business in ensuring sales target is exceeded or met
      • Track YTD sales results and follow up on purchase orders
      • Coordinate regional pricing with global team
      • Interact with global and other sub-regional team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
      • Initiate and grow customers’ new project development through new concepts and products introduction as well as matching customers’ unmet needs with our technical solution
      • Tracking pipeline project opportunities

 

    • Distributors: 
      • Defend and grow business in ensuring sales target is exceeded or met
      • Ensure distributors’ sales and technical team are trained to have the right product knowledge and capability to promote products effectively
      • Organize and conduct customer seminars / workshops in each region yearly
      • Foster a solutions-based, value selling culture and continue driving mindset transition from selling products to selling solutions

 

  • Management of price increases to support business growth and achieve target Operating Income

 

  • Co-ordinate with colleagues to resolve product quality issues

 

  • Follow up on overdue payments if needed
