How You’ll Make an Impact 

 

As a Production Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving safe and efficient operation of process units and blending activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: 

  • Safely operate industrial equipment using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. 
  • Execute batch processing using manual operations and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). 
  • Operate blending units as per approved batch sheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Perform raw material charging, synthesis, blending, sampling, and product transfer. 
  • Ensure correct formulation, sequence, and process parameters. 
  • Handle loading and unloading of tankers, drums, and containers safely. 
  • Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions. 
  • Record batch data and update SAP/production systems accurately. 
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for release activities. 
  • Report non-conformances and support root cause analysis. 
  • Perform minor maintenance such as leak checks and oil top-ups. 
  • Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards. 
  • Execute work permits and ensure safe isolation. 
  • Participate in HAZOP, JSA, and emergency response activities. 
  • Track production data and suggest process improvements.  

 

 

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success 

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering. 
  • 1–5 years of experience in chemical/process industry (preferably blending). 
  • Knowledge of MSDS and safety procedures. 
  • Experience with DCS and plant equipment. 
  • Awareness of safety and environmental practices. 
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic computer skills including SAP. 
  • Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
