Key Responsibilities

• Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms.
• Identify and source potential candidates for open positions through recruitment platforms.
• Conduct phone interviews for entry-level roles and screen candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool.
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on APAC recruitment activities and trends.
• Support other HR projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Logical thinker with solid analytical capabilities.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to proactively learn about Human Resources.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).

Availability Requirement

Able to work at least 3–4 days per week; candidates who can commit for 4–6 months are preferred.
