Reporting to the Job Holder (subordinate):





  • This role is to provide sales coordination support to PHC&SE Greater China sales team and demand planning and product management support to APAC regional product manager to ensure the smooth daily operations.





    Sales Coordination for PHC&SE Greater China (50%)


  • Work with various functions within the business to coordinate internal communications, e.g., product launch portal contents, sales/distributor updates
  • Work with Sales team to keep products promotion up-to-date in trade show, media and industrial publications.
  • Work with external agencies, sales & technical team to coordinate and execute all aspects of events in the region all the way through to sales follow-up, including but not limited to trade show and seminars (only for China exhibition and seminar)
  • Coordinate with internal contacts for documentation management of:
    • distributor / agency agreement
    • yearly rebate agreement
    • NDA agreement
    • others
  • Track monthly end user report for each account manager. Provide comparison among:
    • rolling forecast monthly input and annual budget input
    • end user report collected from distributors
    • actual monthly result
  • Prepare quarterly pipeline data tracking for sales projects for each account manager:
    • commercialization
    • new project set-up
    • realization
    • success story for each market segment
  • Maintain price list updated from Vendavo.  
  • Ad hoc assignments.



    Demand Planning (30%)


  • Support the regional demand planning process and develop plans for short term (less than 24 months) forming the basis for operations and financial planning while evaluating changes which could improve results, monitoring performance of the process, surfacing and helping to resolve issues
  • Document assumptions used in determining the consensus plan and report monthly error and bias by business group and zone
  • Support monthly Global Demand Review integrated with S&OP to gain agreement on the latest short-term forecast using inputs from Sales, Product Management and Operations to drive toward a consensus plan
  • Participate in sales planning activities to understand new product introductions and new business opportunities
  • Communicate with commercial teams, operations and finance to synchronize all processes minimizing demand variability and increasing operational efficiency/flexibility


Product Management Support (20%)

  • Keep various documents (such as material list, product category, PDS, product training materials, etc.) updated as needed to assure correct information for internal customers
  • Maintain product information site and conduct timely communication with sales & technical team.
  • Cooperate with supply chain team for Songjiang plant products sample management
  • Support product manager to collect competitive intelligence information



  • Bachelor’s degree of Science, major in chemistry, chemical engineering o related is preferred
  • Minimum three years of commercial experience working with internal and external customers
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of functions and people
  • Self-motivated, details oriented, and accountable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills are required, with experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP including BW report is a plus
