Role:
The Account Manager for Lubrizol Life Science is tasked to accelerate the sales growth of Pharma & Nutra business in Korea and Japan through in-depth understanding of the market, building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate value selling.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations group) to provide products and services that meet customer needs.
- Provide competitor and market trends analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Provide excellent sales and administrative service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee order processes and manage demand forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Utilizing CRM(Customer Relationship Management) well for sales activities.
- Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.
- Managing and working well with distributors for developing revenue.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales report.
Position Requirements:
- Above Bachelor’s degree major in a biology or chemistry-related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical field (experience in beauty care field is plus).
- Good data analysis and business planning skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills to take care of scientific discussion with customers.
- Possess a passion for sales profession with a ‘can-do’ attitude, goal orientated mindset, self-motivated, initiative, excellent time management, open-minded, and people oriented personal.
- Good computer skill (Excel, Power point and etc.)
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
