Summary of the Role:

Schedule the fuels toller activities in Europe (Gadot in Belgium and ERC in Germany). Manage the raw materials supplies, the inventory levels for all materials (raw materials, finished products and empty packaging’s). Respect to the stocking policy. Release the sales order within the standard lead time.


Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

  • The tolling scheduler is in charge to build and ensure the follow up of the production scheduling.
  • That schedule must consider the capacities of production, the inventory objectives, and the raw material constraints.
  • The scheduler is also in charge of releasing the sales orders based on the logistic capacities. In the
  • same topic, she/he has to ensure all the delivery notes leave the plants on time. The scheduler is accountable for finding solutions to ensure the respect of the shipment schedule.
  • The scheduler oversees the raw materials replenishment from both 3rd party suppliers and Lubrizol entities.
  • She/he is the daily contact of the toller, the suppliers, the CEX, the AM, the business, the logistics partners (broker, carrier…).
  • The scheduler is accountable for the monthly stock reconciliation and the annual inventory.

The tolling scheduler is accountable for the ERP (SAP) updates: 

  • Creation of the process orders, and purchase orders.
  • Confirm and release customers sales orders, 
  • Process the goods receipt for both the process and purchase orders as the goods issue for the delivery note. 
  • She/he is in charge to maintain the inventory updated in the ERP through the monthly and annual stock reconciliation.

Besides these daily activities, here are a few other responsibilities for the scheduler:

  • Key contact for test purpose in SAP in case of new implementation or any new process linked to SAP.
  • Fully engaged in the sales review meetings.
  • Check and validate the invoices for the tolling and logistics activities and establish the reserves.
  • Responsible for the SAP master data parameter.
  • Manage the SCAR.

 

Experience and Skills:  

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain within similar industry, including minimum 2 years prior SAP user experience. 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.  Additional languages French would be a plus.
  • Able to support work schedule that overlaps Western Europe time zone.


Education / Certification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Additional qualifications and experience in Supply Chain & logistics preferred.
