What You'll Do: 

As a Senior Manager, Data Management & Regional Leverages Services, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, accountable for global HR data integrity, service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, data privacy and continuous improvement of all inquiries to maintain accurate employee master data in our core Human Capital Management system (SAP-HCM). This role adds value to Lubrizol by safeguarding the effective flow of people data across the globe in support of achieving Lubrizol’s purpose, vision and values, and the HR strategic pillars and objectives. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. 

 

What We're Looking For:
HR Leveraged Services: This role will identify and drive ongoing improvements and synergies through standardizing, automating and consolidating processes in support of HR operational strategy and goals. The rôle holder will drive operational performance and service excellence and monitor performance of the team against defined performance/quality standards as well as identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  
•    Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of HR Specialists and Coordinators who perform HR Leveraged Services work in the HR GCC, such as employee lifecycle services. 
•    Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery in all areas of HR Leveraged Services operations including resource management, developing skills and capabilities in the team, and continuously improving processes, systems and the knowledge base via standardization, digitalization, automation and process consolidation. 
•    Deliver HR KPI, SLA and reporting to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of LS GCC organization. 
•    Partner with Regional HR Leveraged Services, GPOs, and COE communities to review and improve existing services and to identify new service opportunities, ensuring alignment to global standards and processes. 
•    Ensure all processes are documented and business continuity plans are in place and drive innovation within a service-based environment. 
•    Manage HR GCC team, including coaching and development, and manage the HR LS GCC budget ensuring resources are utilized effectively. 

 
Data Management Accountable to ensure Lubrizol has the systems, processes and procedures in place to securely manage employee and non-employee life cycle events, and to accurately maintain master data in our core HR system of record (SAP-HCM) globally. This role also oversees the governance and global compliance of HR data privacy and HR employee records management activities, as well as the management activities of the security access to Lubrizol global HR systems in accordance with the HR security access control policy. 

•    Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of HR System Specialists and Global Data Management Specialists:
•    Represent HR Master Data Management on the monthly HCM Process Control Advisory Board (PCAB) hosted by IS. 
•    Supports compliance audit activities, as well as any changes to organizational structure with the Global Process Owners (GPOs), Information Solutions and vendors.
•    Continuously evaluate and, implements changes to existing processes and procedures to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy of work.  
•    Ensure audits are performed in HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personal Administration (PA) for data integrity issues. 

 
Data Privacy & System Security
•    Responsible for coordinating with Lubrizol’s Global Data Privacy Office, ensuring global compliance regarding HR data privacy, as well as the security access to Lubrizol global HR systems in accordance with the HR security access control policy.
•    Ensure compliance with Lubrizol’s Global Data Privacy Office and Personal Data Privacy policies and alignment with applicable data protection laws, to support the overall company data strategy.
•    Provide oversite to HR Data Privacy reviews to ensure that the projects, tools and processes adhere to Lubrizol’s global Personal Data Privacy policies, guidelines, and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, China Cybersecurity, etc.)
•    Oversee HR Data risk assessments and audits of HR policies and processes to identify control gaps, provide recommendations to ensure risk mitigation and ensure implementation of adequate controls, and summarize findings through standard reporting.

    
Skills That Make a Difference:
•    University, or equivalent degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience required..
•    10 + years’ experience working in the Human Resource department. 
•    5+ years of experience with HRIS systems (SAP-HCM preferred) and other relevant software applications such as payroll software. 
•    HR Operations expertise: strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with experience in process improvement and optimization. 
•    Strong communication and relationship building skills to create solution-oriented plans, and designs
•    Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to present/communicate complex information and recommend effective solutions to all audiences, from executives to general employee population.
•    Ability to operate at a both a regional and global level in a global, matrix environment.
•    Ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
