Summary of the Role:
This role sets the strategic direction and drives the execution of organizational goals related to third-party management across the IMEA region. The Sr Manager partners closely with regional supply chain, operations, and business leaders to deliver results aligned with broader business objectives.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Sr Manager is responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of regional third-party strategies.
- Managing the toller network to ensure operational excellence
- Sets expectation, priority and resource to enable project success.
- Overseeing and mentoring a team of third-party operations and procurement managers within the region.
In addition to regional responsibilities, this role holds global accountability as a business partner for one of our key business units. This includes ownership of the toller strategy aligned with global business goals and performance metrics.
As a member of the global third-party leadership team, the Senior Manager will also contribute to the transformation of the organization by identifying, developing, and sharing best practices across regions to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Team Leadership
- Lead regional third-party organization, including operations, procurement and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support toller management, toller set-up and project execution
- Manage and optimize the toller network to ensure quality, cost, and business needs are met.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across third-party organization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Effectively manage key suppliers via risk mitigation, scorecards and KPI’s
- Support, plan and negotiate contracts that deliver a positive impact to corporate cost and business objectives
- Global Business Partner accountabilities

- Design global third-party strategies to enable business growth initiatives
- Foster establishment of strategic third party relationships, driving value to meet business and organization objectives
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize the third-party portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities.
- Lead executive-level business reviews with key partners.
- Foster strategic relationships to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support key supplier contract negotiation to meet business needs
Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in third-party management, supply chain, procurement, operations or related field
- Proven leadership in third-party risk management, vendor oversight, or procurement
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and direct reports
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation
