What You'll Do: 
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving analyis. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. 

What We're Looking For:
•    Provide anchor support for the Corporate Finance leadership team with timely, accurate and actionable analytics.
•    Own and drive clarity in Lubrizol corporate reporting by observing finance calendar and ensure appropriate support of corporate reporting deadlines and submissions.
•    Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to CFO and other respective management
•    Collaborate w/relevant division and functional teams, including information systems, to automate and standardize company reporting
•    Assist in the coordination and development of the company and functional annual operating plans and forecasts
•    Partner with Corporate functions to provide analysis and reporting to aid in decision making.
•    Support adherence to documented internal controls; Assist with development of new controls
•    Maintain the integrity of financial systems and reporting modules

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
•    Minimum 8 years of Finance domain
•    Experience working with GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and analysis involving financial statement ratios 
•    Ability to concisely contextualize financial information and provide analysis in a variety of ways (1-1 meetings, written reports, formal presentations, etc.) 
•    Motivated team player, with strong written and verbal communication skills 
•    Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. 
•    Anchor support for the Corporate Finance leadership team with timely, accurate and actionable analytics.
•    Owning and driving Lubrizol corporate reporting by observing finance calendar and ensuring appropriate support of corporate reporting deadlines and submissions.
