How You’ll Make an Impact 
As a Regional Security Advisor IMEA & APAC, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, responsible for providing tactical and strategic leadership in the development and implementation of the corporation’s global security initiatives for all Lubrizol chemical manufacturing, research, sales, and logistics operations within the IMEA & APAC Regions. (includes India, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, China, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore). You will also be responsible for providing ongoing tactical support while assisting in the development and implementation of programs, standards and initiatives in security, compliance, and management systems. In this role, you will: 
1.    Support the tactical and strategic corporate security initiatives within the IMEA & APAC Regions.
•    Manage implementation and ongoing performance of strategic security guard contracts.
•    Manage corporate security technology initiatives.
o    Milestone video management system
o    S2 access control system
o    Coordinate and unify system implementation and support efforts between Regional IS and local administrators.
•    Conduct security vulnerability assessments for all locations.
•    Conduct security audits for all locations.
•    Support physical site security design projects as subject matter expert.
•    Manage implementation of physical security standards.
 
2.    Function as the S2 and Milestone Regional Administrator for the IMEA & APAC Regions, including global support as needed.
3.    Support global security initiatives, including security vulnerability assessment and audit completion.
4.    Provide Travel Risk Management support within region, with response and follow up to automated crisis communications.
5.    Assist in implementation projects across all functional areas of physical security as needed.
6.    Travel requirements
•    Position requires domestic and international travel to support site security initiatives.
•    Travel away from home office is estimated around 20%.
 
Preferred Qualifications that Drive you Forward  
•    Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management; or equivalent combination of education & security management experience in a related field
•    Ten years’ related experience in security management
•    Experience within manufacturing sector, chemical manufacturing preferred.
•    ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification (Preferred)
•    Strong organization skills
•    Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
•    Must have knowledge of security regulations and industry standards.
•    Application, design, and integration of physical security systems
•    Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•    Strong influencing skills
•    Ability to work successfully with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
