Accountable for leading the Digital & Advanced Analytics function within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), focused on accelerating the use of certified data, advanced analytics, and AI enablement for the advancement toward a true digital supply chain, driving measurable improvements in supply chain performance, agility, and decision-making.
Summary of Area of Responsibility
The Manager, Global Supply Chain Digital & Advanced Analytics CoE is responsible for developing and executing the operational global supply chain analytics strategy. This role leads a team of data & analytics engineers to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enable a digital supply chain. The role partners closely with the Digital Transformation organization, Supply Chain CoE teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cross-functional analytics alignment and adoption of state-of-the-art data & analytics capabilities.

Internal Reports to the Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence
Key stakeholders: Supply Chain CoE leaders, Digital Transformation, Operations, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, IT, Finance, and Business Unit Supply Chain teams
External Technology vendors, analytics partners, and external consultants as needed
Essential Role Functions:
- Strategy:
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for operational supply chain analytics and digital enablement
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and digital tools to support planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service
- Collaborate with the Data Intelligence & Technology organization to align on data architecture, platforms, and governance
- Champion the use of certified data and a “single source of truth” across supply chain functions
- Analytics & AI Enablement
- Lead the design and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models for supply chain use cases
- Drive adoption of AI solutions, digital twins, scenario modeling, and simulation tools to improve quality and speed of decision-making
- Partner with CoE teams to embed AI and analytics into standard processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Data Governance & Performance Measurement
- Define and maintain the hierarchy of supply chain performance metrics and KPIs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards and collaborate with the Data Intelligence team
- Own the development and maintenance of global supply chain dashboards, control towers and reporting tools
- Leverage AI and process mining for root cause analysis through data-driven insights
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of data & analytics engineers
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for team members
- Collaborate with the Governance & CI lead to build results-focused analytics capability across the broader supply chain organization
- Provide guidance for selection and recruitment of Data & Analytics Subject Matter Experts (SME)
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, other Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or digital transformation roles
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven track record of deploying analytics and digital tools in a global supply chain environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, customer service, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization, predictive modeling, and AI/ML tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Process oriented with a passion for excellence; demonstrated willingness to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement

- Demonstrate balanced approach to business, operations, cost and service
- Fluent in English
Considered a plus:

- APICS/ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP)
