How You’ll Make an Impact as an Executive Recruiter:
Job Summary: In Talent Acquisition as an Executive Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, executing strategic recruitment and sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier executive and global talent. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve well-being and enhance modern life.
Your work will operate as a collaborative communicator and effective business partner. This includes education on the process, expectations, and external market data, understanding the role, outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcing, screening and assessing potential talent, making recommendations, following up on feedback, and presenting and negotiating offers of employment.
Responsibilities:
Executive Recruitment

Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive-level roles across global regions, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, manage interview and offer processes, in collaboration with Compensation and HR Partner teams.

Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.

Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement in executive TA processes and systems.

Influence and attract a wide range of candidate types including passive, relocatable, diverse, and global talent.

Ensure qualified, diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers.

Act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, compliance, and global hiring practices.
Talent Sourcing

Parter with team members to execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified passive candidates for our critical role pipeline.

Build bench strength for senior critical roles in the organization, including active, regular campaign engagement to pipeline.

Build and maintain talent pools using CRM tools, organizing candidates, and reporting insights to the business.

Define and gather job requirements with stakeholders.

Leverage market expertise and internal data to create effective recruitment campaigns.

Provide talent insight reports to HR and business leaders to support strategic planning.

Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience that strengthens Lubrizol’s employment brand.

Gain and share thought leadership through social media and recruiting tools to stay informed on trends and technologies.

Meet or exceed sourcing KPIs and act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends.

Support other recruiting activities and projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of executive recruitment experience for diverse leadership roles – corporate and plant and engineering operations in IMEA region, preferably APAC, EU, or LATAM as well.

Minimum of 7 years of total recruitment experience, operating full recruitment desk and workload.

Ability to work across various time zones.

Experience utilizing sourcing and engagement tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS (preferably SuccessFactors).

Strong understanding of global hiring compliance.

Demonstrated experience in diversity recruitment.

Comfortable with leveraging generative AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and willingness to continue to learn and explore new AI technologies in Talent Acquisition.

Ability to influence, consult, and network across internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions and present business cases.

Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in high-change environments.

Highly organized and ability to utilize MS Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PPt, etc.

Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Ability to be resourceful and innovative in approach to finding talent with limited day-to-day direction.

Certifications such as SHRM, AIRS, or PHR are a plus.
-
Willingness to travel locally up to 5% of the time.
