Summary of the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Business Analysts to join our LZAM Strategy and Commercial Excellence team in India. As Business Analysts, you will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or supply chain management, with expertise in Power BI development and strong analytical skills. Experience with SAP is highly desired, and prior experience in the specialty chemicals industry is preferred.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  
•    Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance, market trends, and other key performance indicators.
•    Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify business opportunities, optimize processes, and support decision-making.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and provide insights and recommendations.
•    Support the Senior Business Analyst in market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
•    Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and supporting strategic initiatives.
•    Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to understand data and reporting needs, and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
•    Support the utilization of SAP systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
•    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics.

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

Education / Certification: 

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:  

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
•    Strong expertise in Power BI development, with the ability to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
•    Advanced analytical skills, with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
•    Experience with SAP systems, particularly in the areas of sales, supply chain, or finance.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
•    Highly committed and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
•    Experience in a global company or cross-functional teams is a plus.
•    Prior experience in the specialty chemicals industry is highly preferred.
