•    Responsible for overall success of supply chain as Business Partner, providing supply chain total solution, and balancing the customer service level and the cost to serve.
•    Responsible for leading and running the demand planning cycle, managing the forecast performance, and leveraging the resource to support business growth.
•    Accountable for overall finish goods and raw material supply by coordinating on production, material, capacity planning and supply shortage contingency plan.
•    Interface with global and AP supply chain team on cross region/country resource leverage and collaboration.

Regional Planning
•    Design and execute stock strategy at inhouse or tolling plants and 3rd party warehouse in Asia Pacific, support to develop and customize supply chain network according to business needs.
•    Lead and drive S&OP excellence to better integrate sales & marketing, product, manufacturing, sourcing, and financial plans as one set of consensus plan, and link high-level strategic plan with day-to-day operation.
•    Being the contact window of regional supply chain team to leverage the resource with country and global team, deeply involved into the goods allocation process design and execution.
•    Accountable for APAC inventory management incl. inhouse and tolling manufacturing plants, 3rd party warehouses and goods in transit. Lead master data management to ensure a healthy stock structure.
•    Manage Non-Working Slow-Moving inventory performance monthly and drive for depletion result by monitoring the consumption plan with owner and timeline
•    Alert any potential shortage or overage to commercial and customer service (CSR) team for further risk mitigation plan.
•    Conduct the regional monthly meeting with country CSR and planners to monitor supply performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Inventory Management
•    Monthly review and update stock policy including safety stock (SS) proposal
•    Control the month end inventory at target level, and could give heads-up for over target cases along with impact estimation
•    Daily inventory adjustment like relabel, block and release to support sales order fulfillment and ensure data accuracy for material availability
•    Responsible for Non-Working Slow-Moving (NWSM) result and host monthly NWSM review meeting with country managers and other relative functional teams to work out action plan, owner, and deadline, and drive for result
•    Potential aging materials review and initiate block and shelf-life extension monthly
Other tasks
•    Early involved into new project launching discussion on inventory build-up plan, and master data setting if necessary
•    Monthly analysis reports, including but not limited on inventory and DOC report, sales & forecast report, NWSM report and extra cost report
•    Provide direction to/work out stock replenishment plan weekly for related distribution centers based on forecast and sales order.  
•    Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Education Background:
•    Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistic, engineering, chemical is preferred
Technical Skills:
•    Good data analysis skills, Excel, and SAP
•    Project Management
•    Strong problem-solving capability
•    Hands-on, willing to work and meet tight deadliness under pressure
Other Experiences Preferred:
•    At least 5 years’ supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, etc.
•    Experience in Chemical industry or related industry is preferred
