ACCOUNTABILITY:

This role is accountable for conducting finished goods supply planning for LZA China market and managing inventory level for warehouses in north and east China. Core task is to work as a key business partner to commercial team, and continuously improve service level and optimize supply chain cost to serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supply Planning (60%)

Overlook China warehouse inventory and service level.

1. Optimize inventory level and structure for LZA China warehouses.
2. Define stock policy and implement with alignment among SC, sales and PM.
3. Coordinate with multiple functions on NWSM solutions, to reduce and prevent NWSM.
4. Responsible for replenishing stock among China manufacturing sites and warehouses.

Continuous improvement (40%)

1. Continuously optimize demand planning model.
2. Continuously optimize supply planning and inventory control procedures.
3. When needed, initiate CI projects, such as network optimization for cost saving purpose.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education & Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Chemical Major preferred.
• CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.

Experience:

• At least 5 years planning and related area experiences in multinational companies.
• Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good analytical skills
• Structural problem-solving skills
• Solid experience on SAP/APO/Kinaxis
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
