How You’ll Make an Impact

As PCG AP Key account manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, managing and nurturing key accounts within the PCG Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strong relationships and strategic partnerships are maintained to drive business growth. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and provide seamless service to clients.
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Asia-Pacific region to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress and strategic initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while fostering sustainable partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that affect the client's experience.

 

Required Qualifications that Enables Your Success

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the PCG (Performance Coating) industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances affecting business relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach to achieving business targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
