ACCOUNTABILITY:
This position involves the hazardous chemical management law in mainland China, usage of SAP database, SDS/label knowledge and National Hazardous Chemicals Registration Information Management System to ensure that Lubrizol products can comply with Hazardous Chemical Safety Law. This intern position offers the chance to learn more about a career in hazardous communication under Hazardous Chemical Safety Law, and the knowledge on SAP database, classification of a chemical, product data management and industry chemical regulations as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the data/dossier preparation of a hazardous chemical.
- Assist in the submission of hazardous chemical via National Hazardous Chemicals Registration Information Management System.
- Assist in the data maintenance in Sharefolder.
- Support other PSCD function teams as needed.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Education & Professional Background:
- University students with a bachelor's degree in chemical related major;
Knowledge & Skills
- Good oral/written English level;
- Strong orientation toward product related data; detail oriented is a must;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Access, SharePoint a plus;
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a team environment;
- Available at least 3 days per week;
