Accountability:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, HR-related activities and projects, and administrative tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop professional skills.

 

Responsibilities:     

  • Manage job postings on various job boards.
  • Utilize job boards to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Perform phone interviews for junior level positions and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines.
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on hiring activities and trends in the APAC region.
  • Support other HR programs or projects.

Qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree or master’s degree at a university.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Logic thinking and good at analytical skills.
  • Curiosity and proactivity in tackling new challenges.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of Human Resources.
