Finance Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day to day financial support to commercial team
• Prepare performance reviews and other formal financial packages for management team on monthly and quarterly basis, including sales database, rebate & commission accrual, OI walk, new product sales, STAR analysis etc. 
• Work with commercial team and prepare full year OI projection on quarterly basis, including analysis on major changes vs. plan & vs. previous version.
• Monitor rebate & commission status and push for timely settlement.
• Support commercial team to improve profitability. Prepare margin analysis and variance analysis on regular basis to understand the major variance and identify price leaking areas or cost saving opportunities.
• Closely partner with China commercial teams and provide on-going support in pricing decision, RM cost monitoring and innovation projects to support business growth.
• Support finance manager to ensure business activities are incompliance with SOX requirements
• Support finance manager on ad-hoc projects

• 与业务部门合作，每个季度准备全年的息税折旧摊销前利润预测，包括与计划和之前版本的重大变化对比分析；
• 跟踪返利和佣金的状态，推动及时结算；
• 支持业务部门提高盈利能力。定期准备利润分析和成本差异分析，以了解主要差异，并寻找和确定是否有价格漏洞或成本节约机会；
• 与中国的业务团队紧密合作，在定价决策、原料成本监控和创新项目方面提供持续支持，以支持业务增长；
• 支持财务经理确保业务活动符合SOX要求；
• 支持财务经理完成其他的临时项目。
