Finance Analyst

ACCOUNTABILITY

- Support accurate financial reporting, basic forecasting, and routine analysis to help drive business decision‑making and support overall financial objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly performance review reports and financial packages with clear and concise insights.

- Support variance analysis (volume, revenue, cost, etc.) vs. prior year or budget and help identify key drivers under guidance from senior team members.

- Contribute to fiscal year P&L projections by gathering data, validating assumptions, and preparing basic analysis.

- Support the annual budget and strategic planning processes, including data collection, template preparation, and consolidation.

- Assist in reviewing SIA and other commercial-related documents from a financial perspective, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

- Support the quarterly review and confirmation of SIA accrual balances and help track settlement status.

- Provide financial data for pricing decisions and help monitor price and cost changes to ensure proper execution.

- Partner with Sales/Segment teams by providing data support in RFQ, RM cost tracking, scorecard updates, and other regular business activities.

- Assist in preparing financial models or basic analysis for investment evaluations.

- Ensure proper compliance with company policies and procedures by supporting documentation, controls, and reporting requirements.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Education Background:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business Management

Technical Skills:

- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin

- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Outlook and Teams

Experience:

- 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company

- Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility

- Ability to understand business fundamentals and perform basic financial analysis

Preferred:

- Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus

- CPA or other relevant certifications are nice-to-have

- Experience with programming (e.g., Python, SQL) or using AI/data automation tools for data processing and analysis is a strong plus
