The Account Manager for Beauty and Home care is tasked to accelerate the sales growth in East China through in-depth understanding of the market, building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers.





  • Maintain and enhance strong relationship with existing customers to explore new development opportunities and pipelines. Meanwhile, has strong willing to prospect and develop new accounts to generate sales to deliver company objectives.
  • High frequency of customer interaction and visit (esp. on key or potential accounts), to understand and find out their needs, wants and requirements with strong business mindset and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions through teamwork across various internal functions including technical, marketing, supply chain, etc. Can present and promote independently or effectively consolidate matches solutions.
  • Strong and effective distributors management with daily collaboration, regular business review, support offering and business result driven.
  • Manage well day to day work incl. daily operation, PO delivery, demand forecast, complaint, sales analysis, and business outlook, etc.
  • Regularly update pipelines and sales activities in CRM database. Collect and analyze end-users’ marketing information and select potential stars, successful stories. Identify and analyze competitors’ pricing, products, marketing strategies and technical development programs.





  • Education Background:

           Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology or related disciplines.


  • Other Experiences Preferred:


  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the chemical, personal care industry.
  • Good teamwork spirit. Strong communication skill. Communication with internal & external cross-functions to make sure tasks & items are aligned and achieved in timely manner.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, positive, mature team player. Own-it spirit.
  • Able to work independently as well as good reporting ability and willingness.
  • Must be customer focused with a willingness to go the extra mile for the achievement of business objectives.
  • Good verbal and written communications skill in English
  • Good skill of MS Office and driving is preferred.
