Projects and Maintenance Coordinator

SUMMARY

Coordinate the maintenance activities of the Paulínia Plant, the Warehouse and the development of Investment projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with safety standards, having the concept of "Safety always" consolidated in your daily routine.

• Understand how the Ethical and Legal Conduct standards relate to my work. Help other employees to observe the spirit of these standards, bringing issues, questions or considerations to the appropriate people in case a problematic situation arises.

• Understand how the integrated management system policy relates to my work and ensure its application in my work sector.

• Remain aligned with the company's policies and culture in order to accurately guide all company personnel.

• Be able to identify environmental aspects and impacts and significant risks and opportunities in your area of ​​activity.

• Coordinate the plant's corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

• Coordinate project and construction engineering activities.

• Coordinate the execution of the Investment Plan.

• Manage the factory's spare parts warehouse. Ensure that the spare parts warehouse operates within the standards required by Lubrizol's operations, keeping its costs within the planned objectives, as well as avoiding differences in stock balances in inventory calculations.
• Keep the department's costs and expenses within the planned objectives, by monitoring monthly financial reports.
• Contribute to the improvement and control of the Plant's maintenance rates.
• Ensure the quality of the services provided, through effective control of the activities of subordinates.
• Ensure a competent work team through adequate training in activities related to the sector.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduated in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Desirable Experience: of 7 to 10 years in maintenance or projects; Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint);
Language Knowledge: Advanced English;
Other required knowledge: knowledge of Lubrizol Policies and Standards and Procedures related to the area;
Knowledge of SAP maintenance and projects module.
